  Children and Learning Role of Head Teacher MUPS in service Brotherhood and Co-education Early 10 yrs of child life is very important in human beings. Systematic grade learning not only develop the child brain but enhance the gesture of physical fitness in accordance with cognitive style of learning capabilities. Hence each school should follow scientific syllabus for the betterment of pupils activity based learning. I like to implement it in our school environment. EARLY GRADE READING and NUMERACY of Class-I & II and Class-III & IV is the very effective learning possibilities to the early stage pupils from my views. I have spent more time becoming DRP and implementing as a Resource Teacher to the Circle Level training in my life. Getting more interest from my schooling life through the implementation of EGRaN in our school. Being a District Resource Person (DRP) ,Purulia I have performed training as a Resource Person in different circles surrounding our home Circle Manbazar-
